Melbourne IT's Reseller program is a wholesale partnership where you completely own and manage the customer experience. As a Melbourne IT Reseller, you will have the opportunity to turn domain registration into an additional revenue stream for your business.
Domain Names, Digital Certificates, Software As A Service (SAAS) and Web Hosting
You manage your own billing of your customers. Melbourne IT will invoice you monthly for all products purchased. We also offer direct debit or automated credit card deductions.
Customer support is provided to you, the reseller only - 24/7, and not to your customers directly. If a customer contacts Melbourne IT regarding a domain / service on your reseller account – we’ll refer them to you.
Manage services directly with the Reseller control panel. Features include auto renewal of nominated domains, private registration, domain locking and more.
Your products are purchased from Melbourne IT at wholesale rates, the retail price charged to your customers is determined by you, the reseller.
All resellers have access to a designated Account Manager as well as our Reseller support team.
There are no minimum volume requirements for the Reseller Program.
Any business may apply to become a Melbourne IT reseller.
There is no fee to join the Reseller Program. However, product pricing is price-on-application (Competitive wholesale pricing subject to Reseller’s volumes).
Melbourne IT acts as a wholesaler. The customer experience including promotions and marketing is managed by you, the reseller. We therefore don't provide any promotions or marketing.
Melbourne IT will assist you with transferring domain names from other accounts within Melbourne IT and other registrars into your account in bulk.
