Do I need a domain name to create a website?
You will need a domain name in order to publish your website online. You can use your own existing domain name or purchase a new one with your website builder plan.
Do I need to purchase web hosting to create a website?
Our website builder package includes FREE web hosting which means you do not have to purchase a separate web hosting package.
Will my website work on a tablet and smartphone?
If you have purchased a package that includes a Mobile site - it will look great on mobile devices. It will be optimized for Mobile devices and will incorporate click-to-action buttons and more. If your package does not include a Mobile site, your Website still will be accessible to smartphone users but it will not include any Mobile- specific features. In addition, any changes you make to the Mobile site through the site editor will not appear on the live Website until you have upgraded to include a Mobile site in your package.
How does Facebook page integration work?
Facebook integration applies to the Professional and Premium web builder. Our web builder allows you to have your website published and accessible inside a Facebook page. The application will adjust your website's look and feel so it will be optimised to fit within the Facebook look and feel. Your website will become part of the Facebook page and it's contents will be updated automatically every time you publish a change to your live website.
