What is a Domain Name Licence Fee
Domain Name licence fees (AUD$140 for com.au, net.au, org.au names, AUD$69.30 for com, net, org, biz, info, us) are included in the following packages: Communicator Pack, Starter Pack, Business Pack, Business Plus Pack, Windows Business Pack, Windows Business Plus Pack, eCommerce Website Pack, Done-for-you Website Pack and Personal Pack.
What are the Cancellation Fees for Packages
A customer's package/contract term will depend on the domain name purchased with their packages. If a gTLD domain name (com, net, org, info, biz, us) is purchased as part of a package, a 12 month package/contract term will apply. Customers who purchase an au domain name (com.au, net.au, org.au) as part of a package will have a 24 month package/contract term. Should customers purchase one of the packages (Communicator Pack, Business Pack, Business Plus Pack, Windows Business Pack, Windows Business Plus Pack, eCommerce Website Pack, Done-for-you Website Pack and Personal Pack) and terminate before their package/contract term ends, an exit/cancellation fee will apply and will be calculated as follows:
