How do I create a MyAccount?

The below instructions are on how to create your very own MyAccount. Further information can also be found in the MyAccount FAQ.

To create a MyAccount, ensure you do the following:

Go to http://www.melbourneit.com.au
Up on the top toolbar, hover your mouse pointer over 'MY ACCOUNT' and click New Account
Under 'This account is for' select which option is most suitable to you an individual or a business, association or non-profit organisation
Ensure all fields under 'Contact Details' are completed and details provided are up-to-date
Under 'Login Details' ensure you provide a username and password
Note: The password is recommended to contain a combination of numbers and special characters
Click Create Account

Please note: The MyAccount username cannot be changed. Please ensure that you choose your username carefully and take not of your login details.
