Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify, entrants must successfully register at least one com.au domain name via the Melbourne IT website or through the Melbourne IT eBusiness Centre. Registration of .au domain is subject to availability, eligibility and acceptance of Melbourne IT au domain terms and conditions located at: http://www.melbourneit.com.au/policies/.
2. The prize is an 8GB iPhone 3G. iPhone, iPhone 3G and Apple are trademarks of Apple.
3. Every com.au domain registered successfully is counted as one entry and will be judged individually.
4. Multiple entries per business will be accepted and the prize awarded to the most creative entry selected by Melbourne IT judges.
5. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize will be awarded to the person or entity under which the business name is registered.
7. Competition commences 7.00am AEST, 15 July 2008 and closes 5.30pm AEST, 31 July 2008.
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Melbourne IT employees, their immediate families and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
10. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications related to Online Marketing from Melbourne IT Ltd.
